Online registration

Once registration has been approved by management, a security deposit is due to confirm the registration:

• CHF 500.– for a type A room
• CHF 700.– for a type B, C or D room
• For non-students, two months’ rent is required as a security deposit

This amount is refundable as part of the final settlement when the resident leaves.

Upon arrival, the resident reads the house rules and agrees to comply with them.

The management of the residence may terminate this contract with immediate effect if, despite a warning, the resident continues to breach the house rules or if their behaviour is incompatible with the consideration owed to the other people living in the residence.

Anyone who has signed a contract for a stay of “8 months or more” and wishes to terminate it early must notify management before the 15th of the current month, with termination taking effect at the end of the following month. They must pay the difference in rent for the preceding months, the following month’s rent in full, a contribution of CHF 250.– and an administration fee of CHF 50.–.

Anyone who has signed a contract for a stay of “1 to 3 months” and/or “4 to 7 months” and wishes to terminate it early must notify management before the 15th of the current month, with termination taking effect at the end of the following month.
