Breakfast is served on request only, on working days, for CHF 5.– per person (depending on the number of guests).
The prices above are per month and per single room and include electricity, internet access and fresh bed linen every two weeks.
Rent is payable in advance, no later than the last day of the preceding month.
Residents who renew their contract after eight months for the following year continue to benefit from the “8 months or more” rate.

Prices 1 and 2 are per room, per person and per night.
A visitor’s tax of CHF 3 per person per night is charged.
Towels are provided.
Internet access is included.
Guests have access to a garden, a television room, two reading rooms with a terrace and a kitchen.
The stay must be paid for in cash upon arrival.
Breakfast is served on request only, on working days, for CHF 5 per person (subject to a minimum number of guests).
