When you submit a registration request, we process the details you provide, including identity and contact details; where applicable, details of a parent or legal representative; education or employment status; stay dates and room preferences; identity and health-insurance documents; and acceptance of the house rules.
3. Purposes
Data is used to operate and secure the website, answer requests, verify eligibility and documents, process accommodation applications, prepare and perform the contractual relationship, manage the stay and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations, the Foyer’s legitimate interests or consent where required.
5. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised Foyer personnel and necessary technical service providers. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Personal data is not sold.
6. External services
The website embeds Google Maps, which may transmit technical data to Google. Complianz blocks non-essential services until consent is given where required. Security measures are also used against automated submissions.
